I would like to thank you very much for the excellent service you provided me with yesterday.
Not only was I dealt with courteously and quickly, you spent ages Juan, loading the phone with whatever was necessary to make it work immediately for my husband – these days help like this is not readily forthcoming from the high street service industries.
I have to say that most of the information you gave me regarding the phone ended up going in one ear and out the other but that definitely is not your fault, it’s mine – lack of total understanding I am afraid.
If you do have a moment in your busy day to send a list of the pertinent things Barry should be using/doing on the phone please will you send it to him at this email address?
I wondered if you would forward this mail to your ‘boss’ too – I do mean what I say, your attitude towards customers is extremely unusual these days and should be noted.
