We will arrange the collection of your device; an assessment is made on your repairs and the cost. Repairs to your device are undertaken once you have given us authorisation to do so.
Your repair progress is updated every step of the repair procedure. We stay in contact via email and SMS.
Your device is returned when repairs are completed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OUT OF WARRANTY DEVICES
1: While every attempt will be made to save the information on your phone, it may be lost in the repair It is thus advisable to back up all information prior to sending it in for repairs as 3G Mobile and its repair centre will not be held liable for any lost information or media.
2: Depending on the nature of the repair a turn-a-round time of between 14 – 21 working days will apply to all Out Of Warranty repairs and it is not guaranteed that a device can be repaired.
3: Incomplete details on the repairs book-in form could result in the request being declined and might cause unnecessary delays for which 3G Mobile will not be held liable for any information lost information or data
4: Apple devices; please ensure that the device is removed from the ‘find my phone’ app as this delays the repair If you are unsure of the deactivation process please follow this link
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REPAIR ANY LIQUID DAMAGED DEVICES
What charges are occurred:
1: 3G mobile will charge for a R150 collection and delivery charge no matter if the device is repaired or not. This is for anywhere in South Africa.
2: If you decide to reject the quote then there will be a R302.63 rejection fee before we can release your device to you.
3: If you accept the quote then the rejection fee of R302.63 will not be added to the quote and will fall away.
4: Please note that well every effort will be made possible to try and repair your device it is not always possible to get an Out Of Warranty device repaired and in this case we will only be charging for the courier fees which will be R300 in total.
5: All payments will need to be made before the completion of the device in order to send it back to you.
3G Mobile will be giving a 3-month warranty on the actual fault that was repaired on the device after the device has been repaired. Any other fault that is not relating to the fault that it was sent in for will not be covered under the warranty of the 3 months.
